To ensure that our Service could be used in a very satisfactory manner for many years to come, it has been decided to amend the SPIDERPLUS Terms of Use.

The Terms of Use thus amended will go into effect as of October.1, 2023.

There will be no particular changes made to the ways in which our Service is used by Customers.

We appreciate your continued support and loyalty to our services in the future.

Main revisions made to the Terms of Use

• It has been expressly set forth that changes in usage fees or contents of our Service can be made, and the procedures for such changes have been added. (Article 6, Paragraph 4)
• It has been expressly set forth that we can delegate business operations to a third party as needed in the provision of our Service, and that with this delegation, our company’s management responsibilities and the conditions for disclosing confidential information have been added.(Article 13, Article 21, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 4)
• Article number incrementation, etc. resulting from the addition of an article.
